We are very excited to announce that we have achieved planning approval for a contemporary low energy house on one of St Albans' most historic streets - Fishpool Street. The house sits within the associated conservation area and overlooks nearby Verulamium Park.
The design revolves around a split massing that incorporates an atrium space which drills through to the lower floor. The floor levels split the topography and are a balance between minimising the excavation and the impact from Fishpool Street. The split roofs help make the upstairs room double aspect and bring natural light in throughout the day.
We look forward to developing the detailed design and commencing the build in 2023.
