We have gained planning consent for a refurbished and extended semi-detached family home in St Albans. The project includes a single storey rear and two-storey side and rear extensions.
The overall house is reconfigured to change the accommodation from a 3 bedroom house to a 4 bedroom family home with ensuite master bedroom. The appearance is also transformed with timber cladding offering both aesthetic and thermal improvements.
