We are have gained planning for a new rear extension to a home in green belt designated land in St Albans. The project was difficult due to the house having been previously extended beyond the general guidance for green belt properties. However due to the careful design and analysis of the context we were able to negotiate planning and help our Client add more floor space to their living space and better connectivity to the garden. The extension will be clad in black stained vertical timber cladding and incorporate an open glazed corner.
