Simon and Emma attended the official opening of the Pirton Pavilion last week, which was attended by many from the village, along with the Parish Council members, who formally opened the new building. The project has been a long journey and a huge team effort for everyone involved. It was rewarding to see the pavilion come to life with a good attendance and a busy bar! The building provides new changing room facilities aligned with Sport England best practice, along with a lounge, bar, studio space, a commercial kitchen and public toilets. It will become the heart of the Pirton Social Club, an active body within the local village community.
