We have completed a zinc roofed extension and reconfiguration in St Albans to a Victorian terraced property. The extension creates a new open plan kitchen/dining/lounge space to the rear, whilst allowing for a utility and downstairs shower room in the middle of the plan. The front lounge was refurbished with new pocket doors and bespoke joinery added. The house now provides a better connection to the garden to the rear and useful facilities at ground floor for living.
